Carbon film fixed resistor is one of the film resistors. It adopts high-temperature vacuum coating technology to tightly attach carbon to the surface of a porcelain rod to form a carbon film, and then cuts with an appropriate joint, and coats the surface with an epoxy resin to protect it.

Carbon film fixed resistors are often coated with green protective paint on their surface. The thickness of the carbon film determines the size of the resistance value. Usually, the thickness of the film and the groove are used to control the resistor.
