5.Structural features


1. The internal resistance of the resistance box is composed of wire-wound resistance series or chip resistance series or other types of high-power resistors in series or parallel;


2. The resistance box adopts a steel structure with good impact resistance. The surface is scratch-resistant professional powder after spraying high temperature treatment to form a smooth, insulating and beautiful protective layer. The color of the cabinet surface can be diversified;


3. The top is made of rain and dust cover as required, and the side can be fully sealed or with small holes for heat dissipation. It can provide fans with better heat dissipation performance and temperature monitoring and protection facilities. Design indoor and outdoor installation methods according to needs;


4. According to customer requirements, electronic digital display voltmeter, ammeter, power meter, frequency meter, etc. can be installed on the resistance control panel;


5. Portable resistance cabinets and multi-directional pulley push resistance cabinets can be designed according to the power level, which is convenient for moving and positioning;


6. Hanging installation can be made according to customer requirements;
